God's Answer to Our Guilt (Hebrews 10:1-18)

Dr. David Stevens, November 5, 2017

Part of the Hebrews series, preached at the Sunday Morning service.

We all know what guilt feels like. We’ve all done something to hurt someone else, someone we love or care about. Guilt is not an inherently bad thing; it should drive us to repent, to turn away from our sin, and run to God. If we are in Christ, then he has removed our sin “as far as the east is from the west.” He bore our sin in his body on the cross, and now his perfect righteousness is really ours. God alone has the answer, the remedy, the solution for our sin, shame and guilt.
